Imagine yourself in a land where fairy tales sprint to life amongst castles and heathered fields that are illuminated by a golden sun. You’re in for a special treat with Florencia Palmaz as your vibrant and seasoned onboard host. This fun-loving Argentinian-born go-getter has a love for cooking, which she is just as passionate about as her family’s namesake winery, Palmaz Vineyards. She will captivate you with insights into the world of Palmaz during private shipboard events held exclusively for Palmaz guests including a very special cooking demonstration onboard the Explorer.

The onboard experience will be nothing short of spectacular. With all-suite, all-balcony accommodations, incredible gourmet restaurants and among the highest staff-to-guest ratios, its no wonder that Seven Seas Explorer is consistently voted the best at sea.
