Cruising Northern Europe from Stockholm to Copenhagen is a beautiful way to explore the Baltic Sea’s history, culture, and scenic cities — combining iconic capitals, medieval ports and quieter seaside towns. Join your gracious winery hosts, Suzanne Phifer Pavitt and Shane Pavitt in July, when the weather is mild and the long days make sightseeing especially pleasant. Oceania Cruises has updated the itinerary to include an overnight stay onboard ship in Stockholm at no extra cost, making this an 11-day journey for the price of 10 days! The overnight allows you to get familiar with your ship and spend some extra time exploring the magnificent city of Stockholm.
Port highlights of this magnificent cruise include Helsinki, known for its coastal charm, Nordic design, and the impressive Suomenlinna sea fortress. Tallinn, whose beautifully preserved medieval old town feels like stepping into a fairytale, with stone walls, towers, and cobblestone streets. Further south, Riga frequently stands out for its remarkable Art Nouveau architecture and lively old town, while Poland’s Gdańsk provides insight into the Baltic region’s Hanseatic trading past and local traditions.
