President

Morgaen Lee is a fifth-generation steward of her family’s Napa Valley wine legacy and currently is President of Ghost Block Estate Wines. Growing up in Yountville, she was raised among her family’s vineyards, which have been farmed for 124 years, shaping her respect for the land, the people behind it and the belief that great wine begins in the vineyard.

Morgaen graduated from University of Denver with a BSBA from the Daniels College of Business. She worked for the Hillstone Restaurant Group in management for 5 years, in NYC, East Hampton, and L.A. She has a passion for food & beverage, along with hospitality experiences.

Today, Morgaen oversees global & national sales strategy and distribution, working closely with partners across the country while ensuring the Ghost Block experience remains true to its roots. She plays a central role in guiding the business forward—balancing heritage with a modern, relationship-driven approach to sales.

Morgaen lives on one of her family’s vineyards in Yountville with her husband and their two sons. She finds meaning in watching her children grow up in the same vineyards she once ran through herself—an everyday reminder of the continuity behind the wines.

Grounded in tradition, yet always looking forward, Morgaen represents the next chapter of Ghost Block Estate Wines—one rooted in family and a true sense of place.

Kendall Hoxsey Onysko
Business Manager

In 2012 a reorganization at Napa Wine Company opened up a position for Kendall and she was named Business Manager. Working closely with her father, she took on increasing responsibility, including the implementation of Napa Wine Company’s Vintrace cloud-based winery management software to facilitate wine tracking. Today, in addition to managing her family’s organically-farmed Yount Mill Vineyards in Yountville, Kendall oversees accounting, client contracts, government agency interface and special projects. “I’m very dedicated to the legacy of our family, and to continuing the path forged by my father and great-grandfather.”

Kendall is married to Jeff Onysko, who serves as assistant winemaker at Napa Wine Company and winemaker for her family’s wine brand, Elizabeth Rose.
