Today you will have the opportunity to experience ambitious winemaking and taste some signature wines from the Utiel-Requena DO area. Start with a tour and tasting at a renowned producer in the region with vineyards of different varieties where the native Bobal grows on 80-year old vines. Enjoy a tasting of the exclusive wines and cavas accompanied by an artisan and local aperitif. Our next stop is a small family winer established in 1945. This traditional producer is recognized as "vino de pago," the highest rating a winery can get in Spain. Here you will have a wine tasting with an authentic paella lunch. After lunch, stretch your legs with a private walking tour of Valencia. At the end of the walking tour, take some time to explore the city on your own.
