The day begins with an introduction to Washington wines, personally selected and introduced by the winemaker while you enjoy a selection of tapas and learn about the history behind traditional Paella. Moving to the kitchen you will join the hands-on cooking class with a Tom Douglas trained sous-chef and will learn how to make all the elements that bring chicken paella to life. Enjoy your prepared lunch with some Sangria Wine and return to the ship with all the recipes and knowledge to host your own Paella Party at home!
