Your tour today starts with a visit to Château d’Esclans renowned worldwide for its exceptional, high-end rosé wines that are now the benchmark in premium rosé. In addition to their iconic flagship wine, Whispering Angel, they produce rosés that are fermented and aged in barrels like a fine Burgundy, such as Garrus, ranked among the world’s most expensive rosés. Then indulge in a private tour and wine-paired lunch at Château St Pierre whose estate dates back to the 11th century on lands cultivated by monks. Following lunch, you will become your own cellar master. Led by a local wine expert, create your own range of wines with various aromas and textures blended from a selection of single variety wines. Compete with your peers to achieve the finest Cotes de Provence vintage. Take your personal cuvée proudly back to the ship to share with fellow travelers, or not!
