Australia

Dive into the Aussie life by boarding at Bondi Beach and strolling through South Wales’ populous state capital Sydney, Australia, who also happens to be home to the famous Sydney Opera House. But the Aussie adventure doesn’t stop there! Discover Australia’s amazingly unique wildlife, gorgeous beaches, and of course their deliciously diverse wine regions.

The Hunter Valley is Australia’s oldest wine region, dating back to the 1860’s and some of the oldest vine stock in the world.  Iconic vineyards are dotted through the region where the warm and humid climate lead to unique wine styles like lone lived Semillon and earthy Shiraz.

The Yarra Valley is a well-respected Australian wine region producing a range of premium red and white table wines.  Yarra Valley wines are held in such high regard, that in response, the local wineries have established some of Australia’s most glamorous cellar doors and restaurants, bringing a tinge of the “Napa” effect to this top-tier Australian region.

New Zealand

Wine and dine in New Zealand and witness the picturesque landscapes, explore the enchanting gardens in Dunedin, run into the marine life while sea kayaking, visit the hot springs in Rotorua (Tauranga), and learn about Maori culture.

New Zealand gastronomy has come a long way.  Chefs in Auckland, Wellington and Napier borrow influences from as far afield as South Pacific islands and Western Europe for creative takes on locally sourced lamb and seafood.  Wash it all down with an edgy craft-beer scene and legendary cool-climate wines (like sublime Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir)
