His work is about sharing his passion and expertise for food and wine in Tuscany (from Chianti Classico,Brunello, Montepulciano, Maremma, Bolgheri to Elba Island). These are areas that he knows extensively, not just from the prestigious wineries and the world renowned wines but all the little hidden places and people that makes this area so special.

One morning you could be visiting a leading wine estate but in the afternoon having a cooking lesson with a local village chef, part of the true Tuscany, the authentic Tuscany. This is one of Filippo's strengths, he's "home grown" and through this knowledge he provides a truly memorable Tuscan food and wine experience.
