After a very successful South Pacific cruise in January of 2020, Dan and Katie Kosta of Convene, DK Wine Group along with Rich and Amy Aurilia of Red Stitch are thrilled to be your congenial cruise hosts. These two couples are not only great friends, but are also devoted wine enthusiasts.
As you can imagine, traveling with your congenial hosts is a wine/food/sports lover’s dream come true! Food & Wine Trails has put together a robust program that lives up to their talents and passions. Our optional pre-cruise program and optional wine-themed shore tours have been curated exclusively for guests of Convene & Red Stitch. We will take you off the beaten path and to some of the most sought after wineries and vineyards for private tours, tastings and wine-paired lunches. REGISTRATION FORM To book a stateroom on this sailing, you must submit a completed registration form with deposit. For your convenience the registration form can be completed and electronically signed online by all passengers traveling. Request a registration form from your Travel Advisor or download from the link provided.
For PC users the PDF form can be completed online, saved and returned via email to receptionist@foodandwinetrails.com.
For MAC users, the process for properly filling in and saving a PDF form is slightly different than on a Windows machine. By default, the Mac’s Preview application is set to open all PDF files, but Preview will not save the data you put into the forms. Right-click on the pdf or hold down the Control key on your keyboard and click on it. A menu will appear, select “Open With”. Choose Acrobat Reader from the list of programs. From within Acrobat you will be able to fill in the fields and save the file with your text and submit the completed form via email.

OLIFE PROMOTION Standard terms apply. OLife Choice amenities are per stateroom, based on double occupancy and subject to change. Free Internet is one per stateroom; Owner’s, Vista & Oceania Suites receive access for two devices per suite. OLife Choice free shore excursions vary by voyage and exclude Oceania Choice, Oceania Exclusive and Executive Collection. Voyages up to 9 days receive 4 free shore excursions or $400 shipboard credit; 10-12 days receive 6 free shore excursions or $600 shipboard credit; 14+ days receive 8 free shore excursions or $800 shipboard credit. If shore excursion amenity is selected, all excursions must be chosen at least 14 days prior to sailing. Food & Wine Trails optional shore tours do not qualify as Oceania’s OLife Choice free shore excursions. OLife Choice beverage package amenity is House Select. Guests in the same stateroom must choose the same OLife Choice amenity and amenity must be chosen by final payment. Not all promotions are combinable.
PREMIUM ECONOMY AIR UPGRADE Limited time offer maybe withdrawn at anytime or increase in price without notice by Oceania Cruises. Premium Economy air upgrade only available when air is purchased through Oceania Cruises. It applies to intercontinental flights only and is priced per person, each way on select voyages from select gateways, open to al categories for Europe embark and disembark ports only and based on availability. Not available on all airlines.
